Apple's Latest Event

The latest Apple event was recently held on the 7th of September, 2022. This event included many new iPhone accessories as well as the latest iPhone 14 and 14 pro models.

Starting off with the accessories, Apple unveiled the latest model of their Airpods pro. It includes the new H2 chip, a new driver and amplifier as well as up to two times the noise cancellation. It also features a new touch control which enables you to swipe up or down on the Airpods to increase or lower the volume respectively. Now let's talk battery. These Airpods are said to have up to 30 hours of usage time using the noise cancelation feature as well as the case. They are going to sell for $249 and are now available for preorder.

Next up, we have a new set of Apple watches. The new product line now includes a new Apple watch se, Apple watch series 8 and a brand new Apple watch ultra. Let's start with the SE. Being the affordable model, the Apple watch se is going to sell for $249 just like the new Airpods pro. This watch will give you everything you need from an Apple watch at a much more affordable price. It has up to 18 hours of battery life and is relatively similar to the series 8 in almost every way. Talking about the series 8, let's discuss its new features. It has better crash and fall detection so it can call 911 when you are in a serious accident, a low power mode to conserve even more battery and new watch bands. This watch will have a $399 starting price. Now, last but not least, lets talk about the Apple watch ultra. This is a watch that apple made for extremists (i.e. divers and hikers). It has much better protection than previous models and a water resistence of up to 100m. Being a professional watch, Apple is selling it for $799 along with all of its marvelous features.

Finally, we have a the next generation of iPhone. The iPhone 14, 14+, 14 pro and 14 pro max now make up Apple's newest group of iPhones. Their new 14 models have outclassed most of the competition. With the best battery life ever in a smartphone to world class cameras, the iPhone 14 models are truly some of the best smartphones on Earth. An interesting feature Apple decided to include to their US variants is the removal of the sim card tray in order to increase the use of e sim. They also added a new safety feature, emergency sos via satellite, which allows you to send messages using a satellite incase you don't have signal. Let's now talk about the pros. The pro models of the iPhone 14 have an all new 48 megapixel camera, an always on display and the fastest chip ever in a smartphone. Finally, they have a new dinamic island. This replaces the face ID bar at the top of the phone with an oval shaped island that expands when you are using an app in the background like a timer. It is highly beneficial for multitasking and will revolutionise the way we use our phones forever.
